    We offer free shipping on all domestic orders placed on ShoppingBadger.com, with no minimum order sizes.

  • - your jewelry is shipped within 12-24 hours after ordered from Monday to Friday.
  • - orders placed after 12 noon EST on Saturday ship on Monday.
  • - orders placed on Sunday ship on Monday.
  • - we deliver to all U.S. Addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.
  • - USPS tracking for every order (limited for First Class Mail).

    • Domestic shipping tiers (including insurance):
    • FREE USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days after shipped) for orders less than $100.
    • FREE USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days after shipped) for orders $100 and over.
    • FREE USPS Express Mail (overnight to most addresses after shipped) for order $350 and over.
    • Add $3.75 for Priority Mail if not included.
    • Add $15.50 for USPS Express Mail if not included.

    FREE and Easy Domestic Returns

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund.
    • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund.
    • Return shipping is totally FREE for domestic orders.
    • We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.*
    • You can return your jewelry purchase in its original condition for up to 45 days from the purchase date.
    *To use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.


    How To Prepare a Return
    Please take the following steps to make a return to ShoppingBadger.com:

      1. Request Your Free UPS Return Label. Send an e-mail to freereturns@shoppingbadger.com
      2. Write RETURN in the subject line.
      3. Provide us with your order number, name, address, and phone number in the body of the email. Please also indicate a
          reason for your return. Your feedback is very important to us!
      4. Print Your Label. You will receive an email with a link to retrieve your free return label. (Please ask if you would like us to mail
          you a label)
      5. Pack It Up. Re-pack the item(s) (in the original envelope and/or similar size protective envelope or box) and packaging
          material, include the shipping slip if possible, and items to be returned.
      6. Tape Your UPS Return Label to your protective package (covering any previous labels) and drop it off at any authorized UPS       Shipping Center. PLEASE DO NOT USE A UPS DROP BOX.
          Find the closest place to drop off your package or schedule a pickup!

    After we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within a few days. If you took advantage of free shipping, you will receive a full refund. Partial returns will result in a full refund for the item being returned. If you opted for upgraded shipping and you are returning the entire order, you will get a full refund minus the shipping upgrade charge. Our Quality Assurance department will review your return. If they see signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or damage, the return will not be accepted. Those returns that are improperly packaged will be refused upon receipt.

    PLEASE NOTE: We will not be able to refund you for return postage if you return an item without using our free return label.
